IOSH Working Safely

What does the course consist of?

It demonstrates that by altering your daily behavior you can increase your own welfare and that of others. The course, whilst being interactive and fun, also focuses on legislation and best practice.

How is the course taught and evaluated?

This IOSH Working Safely, one-day course is taught by a professional experienced in the construction industry in a classroom based environment. By using interactive quizzes and games the delegates will learn in a more relaxed setting. The course will be evaluated with a hazard spotting test and a multi format assessment with 10 questions.

What qualification will I obtain?

Each delegate who achieves a pass result, can opt to receive the IOSH Safety Passport and/or the IOSH working safely certificate.

What can I do next?

This IOSH working Safely course is comparable to the Site Safety Plus: Health and Safety Awareness Course. Upon completion of this course and assuming you have also passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Operatives Test, you are able to apply for a Green CSCS Card.

Entry requirements

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Suitable for all team members and employees regardless of status
