This is also known as Specialist Work at Height and, like many of the other specialist tests, the colour of the card depends on the level you are applying for. The booking code for this particular exam is WAH, which is why it is often referred to as Working at Heights. It contains a standard Health, Safety, and Environment test with the usual case study and core knowledge questions that you would expect. However, as it is a specialist test, you will also be required to answer questions that relate directly to your skillset and knowledge as someone who works at heights.
